đŁ February release: Public RSVPs, contact notes, and more
When your audience shares a live experience, theyâre much more likely to join, engage and retain in your community.
This month, we're turning our events feature into a growth opportunity for your community. With Public RSVPs, you can share free events publicly and invite new people to join live inside Circle.
Guests participate alongside your members and experience your community before they commit.
Let's take a look.
Public RSVPs
You can now share free events publicly and let anyone, including logged out visitors, RSVP with just their name and email. No membership required.
When you enable Public RSVP on an event, you get a shareable link you can post anywhere: newsletters, social media, partner channels, or wherever your future members are already paying attention.
Guests register, receive a confirmation email and calendar invite, and show up on event day alongside your members. They can join livestreams, ask questions in Q&A, raise their hand to speak, and view the chat in real time.
And every RSVP automatically becomes a contact in your CRM, ready for follow-up.
What's included
Public share links make any free event accessible to non-members. Share the link, and guests can register without logging in or creating an account.
Guest participation in live events means registered guests can join livestreams and live rooms, ask questions, raise their hand, and be spotlighted by hosts, just like members. Chat is visible but read-only for now.
Automatic lead capture adds every guest to your community's CRM as a contact. You can follow up with post-event recaps, invitations to join, or automated workflows via Email Hub.
Full moderation control keeps you in charge. Public RSVP is optional per event, hosts can moderate guests just like members, and paid or private events stay members-only.
This is a new way to let people experience your community before they commit. The best events now do double duty: they serve your members and introduce new people to what you've built.

Contact notes
Circle is now a step closer to a âtrue CRM" with contact notes.
Contact notes give you and your team a simple place to capture internal notes about your contacts and members.
Notes live on each contact's CRM profile and are visible to all admins. You can log conversation history, preferences, reminders, feedback, or any context that helps your team serve members with more care.
What's included
Text notes on any contact let you log key details, follow-ups, or context that doesn't belong in a spreadsheet. Notes are visible to all admins so your whole team stays aligned.
Team visibility means when someone's out or a contact gets handed off, the backstory is right there. No duplicate outreach, no dropped threads.
Built into the CRM keeps everything centralized. Notes live on the contact profile; secure, accessible, and easy to update without switching tools.
When you know the full story, you can follow up with more care, answer with context, and build real trust over time.

Custom profile fields are now supported in Forms
In November, we introduced Forms 2.0 with more flexible question types to help you learn from your members directly inside Circle.
You can now add custom profile fields directly to any form. Responses automatically sync back to each memberâs profile, so the information you collect immediately becomes usable across your community.
This means you can now:
- Collect member background and goals to tailor onboarding
- Build targeted segments and email workflows based on preferences
- Surface shared interests on member profiles for stronger peer connections
- Replace survey tools like Typeform and keep everything in one place
Whether you're gathering learning preferences, capturing goals, or tailoring onboarding, Forms now connect directly to how you organize, target, and communicate with your members.
Forms with custom profile fields are available to all Email Hub customers starting today.
Insights in AI copilot
We launched AI Copilot last quarter to help you get support, take action, and manage your community with a simple chat.
Now, Copilot can also answer questions about your analytics. You can ask things like:
- âHow many members joined last week?â
- âHow did engagement change after my event last month?â
- âWhich spaces are driving the most revenue this quarter?â
Copilot pulls the answer directly from your data and provides a downloadable CSV if you need it.

Other updates
- Edit subscription rebill date: Admins can now adjust a member's upcoming billing date directly from the Paywall Subscriptions page. Whether a member needs a few extra days, a temporary extension, or a shifted billing cycle, you can make the change in Circle without touching Stripe. When the date changes, the subscription cycle resets accordingly.
- AI edits topics workflow action: You can now automatically assign topics to published posts based on their content. The AI analyzes each post and selects the most relevant topics, keeping your content organized without manual work on every post.
- Edit post settings workflow action: Once a post is published, you can now hide comments or likes, disable text truncation, pin it to the top, or change the post author or space, all with this new workflow action.
- Improved website builder blocks: The website builder now supports a full set of layout presets, including asymmetric splits for sidebars and hero sections, 3 and 4-column grids for pricing tables and galleries, and complex patterns for content-heavy pages.
- Location radius picker: You can now search for members by distance from any city or location, with an adjustable radius up to 60 miles or 100 km. Useful for finding nearby members before an in-person event or a quick lookup when you're on the move.
- Pin speaker in live events: Hosts, co-hosts, and moderators can pin any participant to keep them prominent throughout the event. It overrides automatic speaker rotation, so your panel stays focused regardless of who else unmutes.
- New invoices page and usage details: You can now view and download all your invoices and receipts directly from Circle. Detailed usage modals for Email Hub, Storage, AI Actions, Headless, and Admin API show breakdowns by billing cycle including any prorations.
