⚡ November release: Introducing AI copilot, Forms 2.0, and more
Building a successful community business can take work. You’ve got to onboard members, configure access, keep your members posted, administer your settings, and more.
This kind of work is essential, time-consuming, and often invisible.
That’s why we’ve made it a priority to make AI a real partner of your workflow.
We started with AI Agents, so your members could get support and guidance around the clock.
Then we introduced AI Workflows, helping you automate key moments in the member journey so nothing slips through the cracks.
Today, we’re excited to announce the next step in that journey: AI Copilot.
And starting today, it’s available on all Circle plans.
Introducing AI copilot
Copilot is your intelligent assistant in Circle. It helps you get support, take action, and uncover insights — all through a simple conversation. It’s available 24/7, understands everything about your community, and is built to make your day easier.
Let’s take a look at everything it offers:
1. Support when you need it
When you click “Need help?” in the bottom right, you will be instantly in a conversation with Copilot. Just type your question.
- “How do I create email onboarding workflows?”
- “What’s an access group?”
- “How do I migrate my payments to Circle paywalls?”
Copilot instantly handles most questions. If it can’t, it seamlessly routes you to a real human without losing context. And with the new support inbox, all conversations (Copilot, live chat, and email) are now unified in one place.
2. Actions to get stuff done
Copilot doesn’t just explain what to do — it can actually do it with you. It’s like having a paid consultant who can set things up for you, shows you the changes, and waits for your confirmation before moving forward. You stay in control, but the heavy lifting is already done.
Here are just a few ways Copilot can step in and handle day-to-day tasks without slowing you down:
- Member management: Create, deactivate, or ban members, edit profiles, and manage invites.
- Audience management: Organize with tags, access groups, segments, and profile fields.
- Community settings: Update branding, adjust settings, and manage visibility or notifications.
Some actions happen directly in the chat. Others bring you to the page where you can complete the task yourself — no digging through settings or menus to find it.
What’s coming
We have an exciting vision ahead for Copilot.
Our goal is to make building your community, courses, events, website, and emails feel a lot like vibe coding.
Today, we’re launching Copilot in a public beta, available to all communities. As the beta progresses, you’ll see new capabilities appear automatically.
Insights (coming soon)
Soon, Copilot will be able to analyze your community data and give you insights in seconds:
- “Which spaces are losing activity?”
- “Who are my most active members this week?”
- “What’s member growth trending like this month?”
Instead of exporting spreadsheets or staring at dashboards, you’ll just ask, and Copilot will surface clear, actionable insights.
Quests (coming soon)
We will also be introducing quests — step-by-step flows that help you launch features like new courses, email workflows, monetization with paywalls, and more, with guided support along the way.
Across Circle, AI will continue to show up in more places: better content suggestions, smarter analytics, faster setup, richer personalization. The goal is to cut down the overhead and save you time.
To access AI Copilot, click “Need help?” in the bottom right corner of any screen in your community.
Learn more about AI CopilotForms 2.0
Forms are about to get a major upgrade.
Launching in early December, you’ll have a more flexible and powerful way to grow your audience, understand your members, and take action on what you learn. You’ll be able to create custom forms that go far beyond basic contact collection.
For contacts, you can use forms to collect more information on email capture, like details about their interests and location.
For members, you can capture their goals, onboarding details, and other types of field information you can sync with profile fields. You can now simply publish your form, create a shareable link, and share it with your members.
Here are some example use cases:
- Email list: Capture new subscribers and automatically send them into an email workflow for newsletters, announcements, or lead nurturing.
- Waitlist form: Capture interest for new products or memberships and trigger an automated sequence that shares early access, bonuses, or next steps.
- Member onboarding form: Gather goals, learning preferences, and experience level, then tailor each member’s experience inside your community.
- Feedback survey: Collect insights, detect sentiment, and notify your team when someone needs attention.
In the coming weeks, forms will be able to trigger a workflow, allowing submissions to update profile fields, start email sequences, send DMs, push notifications, apply tags, or even deliver digital products automatically.
These updates to Forms will be available in to customers with Email Hub in early December.
