Does it cost money to become an affiliate?
No, the affiliate program is absolutely free to join. The goal is to get you paid.
When you start earning commissions and want to withdraw funds, there are small payment processing fees charged by our affiliate platform, PartnerStack. But you’ll never pay anything unless you’ve earned commissions first.
How long does it take to get approved?
You’ll hear back about your application within 2-3 business days.
How does the commission structure work?
Circle’s affiliate program offers a unique and lucrative tiered commission structure.
Your commission tier is based on how many paying customers you've referred in the last 12 months.
Refer 0 to 9 customers and you're on the Start tier: $100 one-time + 10% recurring on Standard plans + 5% on Circle Plus plans
Hit 10 to 49 customers and you’ll move to the Grow tier: $100 one-time + 15% on Standard plans + 7.5% on Circle Plus plans
Reach 50+ customers and you’ll move to the Lead tier: $100 one-time + 20% on Standard plans + 10% on Circle Plus plans
Recurring commission applies to all your active paying customers referred on or after June 24, 2026.
How and when do I get paid commissions?
You accrue commissions inside our affiliate platform, PartnerStack. As long as you have $5 or more available, you can withdraw as often as you like. Depending on your location, you’ll be able to withdraw to Paypal, Stripe, or direct deposit.
Is there a cap on how much I can earn?
No, there isn’t a cap on your earnings! For every customer you refer, you’ll earn $100 one-time, plus up to 20% of their ongoing subscription fee for as long as they stay on Circle. That recurring income compounds over time with no ceiling.
The percentage also grows with your referral volume. You’ll start with up to 10% in recurring commission. If you refer 10-49 customers in a 12-month rolling period, your recurring commission moves up to 15%. Refer 50+ customers in a 12-month rolling period, and it jumps up to 20%. The more customers you refer, the more you earn.
How does your affiliate tracking work?
Circle offers a 90-day cookie. That means when someone clicks your link and visits our site, you’ll get credit even if it takes them up to 90 days to sign up to a trial account.
Once the trial becomes a paying customer, you’ll get credit for the commission. There is an infinite time period, so even if it takes weeks, months, or years, you’ll get paid.
Can I be a Circle affiliate even if I’m a Circle Expert or Brand Partner?
Absolutely. There may be situations where you’re asked to use non-affiliate links for certain campaigns, but you are welcome to be in any partnership program offered by Circle.
