About

At Ember, we help consultants, coaches, and community entrepreneurs build profitable and purposeful communities to power their business. Hi, I’m Bri Leever, Community Strategist and Founder at Ember. After launching and growing my first community into a multi-million dollar ambassador program, I expanded my work to help learning companies of all shapes and sizes design, launch, and grow profitable communities.

Every model and design choice has downstream effects. When you work with me and my team, you skip the learning curve of community setup in order to focus your energy on the things that only you can do to grow your community-powered business.

Service packages

What you get: A package of 6, one-hour calls to make sure your community is strategically aligned to support your business and achieve the outcomes you desire.

How it works:

  • We cover the topics most pressing to you, but usually our clients like to start with
  • What type of community will best support your business?
  • What’s do we set up a supportive program ecosystem?
  • How do we onboard and activate your members in their first 30 days?
  • What tech is right for you?
  • How do we optimize for engagement within the member journey?

Who it’s for: Someone who has (or is actively building) their own community, but wants strategic advise to make sure the community aligns with their business goals. Technical support for your community platform is not included in this package, but may be available for an add-on.

Who I work with

Someone who wants to launch a community, but not sure how to do it. They would rather use their time to grow their business than set up their community and they want to skip the learning curve and do it right the first time. Their community will be an important recurring revenue stream for their business and while they know it will take time to grow, it also needs to be profitable.

Someone who launched their community prematurely didn’t get the results they wanted, and realizes they need a stronger foundation and more strategic approach to community building.

Working with Bri got me up and running so much faster; without her guidance we would have made considerable errors. This experience really helped me understand the value of community. I learned things I wish I would have learned years ago.
