We kicked off the year as a team of 124!
In 2024, we set out to redesign the core product, expand the all-in-one platform, and elevate the developer experience.
We started the year off with public events, giving admins the ability to generate shareable links to their private events.
We released the ability to offer paid trials –making it easy for prospects to explore your community before committing.
We shipped new moderation settings to help admins moderate their communities, and chat notification preferences.
We rehauled analytics with new dashboards for revenue, events, and device usage, along with the ability to filter those dashboards.
We added language support for Portuguese, allowing Brazilian and Portuguese communities to offer a native language experience.
We released a major update to our Knowledge Base, launching an AI-powered bot for instant support.
We brought our team together for our first offsite of the year in Bodrum, Turkey — a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many with great food, scenery, and vibes.
We rolled out topics enabling admins to categorize content within spaces for better navigation.
We redesigned the mobile header for quick access to Feed, Spaces, and Members.
We launched Concierge Payment Migrations, allowing communities to centralize their payments within Circle.
We released paid events, letting admins monetize events with ticket pricing, RSVPs, and recurring events.
We added activity logs for Circle Plus communities, providing a full history of actions for better security and insights.
We improved search filters and sorting to make finding content easier with options to sort by date, popularity, and author.
We added quizzes to courses, allowing members to test their knowledge and stay engaged.
We introduced workflow delays, letting communities space out their workflow actions.
We made the checkout experience smoother with digital wallet support for Apple Pay and Google Pay.
In one of our biggest launches of the year, we announced Circle 3.0.
With Circle 3.0, we redesigned our core experience to make it even easier for your members to engage with your community.
We also introduced gamification — a new way to reward your members with points, levels, and leaderboards.
We rehauled our Developer Platform with three new APIs, and introduced Circle Headless, letting you offer an integrated experience with your own app or website.
After adding almost 50 new team members, we gathered together in Dublin, Ireland for our second offsite of the year! 🍻
