With Community Facelift, you will have experienced community veteran Tom Ross by your side. Tom will analyze your Circle community on a live call and provide expert advice on structure, organization, formatting, and design.

Tom draws on his extensive experience from working with hundreds of community builders, as well as reaching millions through his own communities.

Not included: Design or implementation services. This is an advisory service. You screen share your community and Tom advises via live call, all possible tweaks to improve it. Tom often helps talk attendees through actionable changes live on the call, so by the end of the call, you’ve personally implemented dozens of tangible improvements to your community.

Who I work with

Tom can help any Circle community. He has worked with hundreds of Circlers from many different sectors and backgrounds, each with different community models. All types of community benefit from improvements to structure, design and formatting.

Your community should already be set up and built. This is a Facelift Service for an existing community, so isn’t relevant for a community that has not yet been built.
