Our migration process is completely free and available to every Circle community (regardless of plan). As long as your community processes over $250K or you have Circle Plus, you’ll receive priority migration support; otherwise, you’ll be added to our waitlist.

We’ve found that Slack enables much deeper collaboration between you and our team. However, we’re flexible and happy to communicate through whichever method works best for you!
