Who we work with: Purpose-driven women+ brands in health, wellness, family services, and social impact who are moving to Circle, or already on Circle and need a strategic audit of what's working (and what's not).
Our approach: Every migration, audit, and setup is designed around your community's unique needs, not a cookie-cutter template. Because communities are living, breathing organisms, not databases.

Case Studies
The Cowork Connective
THE PROBLEM/CHALLENGE: An awesome group of small business owners, freelancers and entrepreneurs had taken the big, bold leap to move abroad. They all love what they do and are keen to connect with like-minded, high vibe people for coworking and collaboration. However, they don’t currently have the means to communicate these meet-ups and events to the community.
THE SOLUTION: We created an intuitive and impactful community space where the group could arrange their regular meet-ups and events. We then implemented a community platform with an easy-to-manage content and engagement strategy. Alongside this, we sprinkled some creative magic over a brand new website, blog, Instagram page, newsletter, and series of events. We now have over 250 global coworkers in The Cowork Connective and have seen meet-up attendance rise from 2 to 12 each time - not too shabby, right?
Found and Flourish
THE PROBLEM/CHALLENGE: Found and Flourish had an incredible, passionate community - however, their current community platform, Facebook, wasn’t working anymore. With the uncertainty of Facebook, data breaches, blackouts and algorithms, the client was looking for a platform that served the community and made them feel safe, seen and comfortable.
THE SOLUTION: After extensive research and analysis of the community's needs, we landed on the platform Circle as the community's new home. We mapped out the user journey, built the platform and implemented a migration strategy with a juicy mix of community posts, email and social promotion to move the members from Facebook to circle. In 2-3 months, we migrated 95% of the community onto the new app. Over the past seven months, our dedication and commitment to Found and Flourish means we have freed up a whopping 31.5 hours of our client’s calendar, placing an average of 4.5 hours per month back in her diary to focus on what really lights her up.
Caroline Broadman Accounting
THE PROBLEM/CHALLENGE: Caroline was setting up an accountancy community and wanted to ensure she was on the right track with her ideas. She had lots of questions but was struggling to find the answers that felt right for her.
THE SOLUTION: We booked a power hour and within that hour, Caroline got all of the answers to her questions. The session eased her anxieties and she left feeling confident and excited about taking the next step in her business journey (armed with some time-saving tips to manage her community). “Serena is a fantastic community manager and advisor. I recently had a power hour with her before setting up my Facebook group for accountants and she really helped me to get my ideas into a structured and workable model in just an hour. I only needed a power hour at this stage, but if I was managing a bigger community and needed a manager for the group, I would not hesitate to contact Serena and bring her on board” – CAROLINE BROADMAN
